Aspiring Solicitors is recruiting campus ambassadors from your university in 2019/2020 (deadline 22nd March)

The Aspiring Solicitors Campus Ambassador position is open for applications! If you think that improving diversity in the legal profession is really important, then you can help make that change by working with Aspiring Solicitors – one of the leading legal diversity platforms in the UK.

Campus Ambassador Role

Our Campus Ambassadors are vital in ensuring that we deliver a cohesive programme of events across the UK and that the students at their universities are receiving the best advice and support possible in their pursuit of a training contract.

As a Campus Ambassador, you will be ‘the face’ of Aspiring Solicitors on campus at your university. Your key responsibilities will include:

increasing the number of registered AS members at your university;

the promotion of AS on-campus (i.e. lecture shout-outs, law/freshers’ fairs) and online;

the creating and maintaining of strong relationships with the various societies and organisations which could help us reach more students (e.g. law societies); and

acting as the first point of contact for anyone at your institution who has a query about Aspiring Solicitors.

In return, you will benefit from the following:

-an exclusive Aspiring Solicitors/BPP course discount (£500 fee reduction on GDL or LPC);

-a guaranteed place at one of the AS Diversity events;

-the opportunity to join the 2020 AS Aspire programme;

-the opportunity to attend one of the Headstart skills workshops in 2020; and

-help and support with applications.

The deadline for applications is Friday 22nd March.
