Rule of Law Innovation Challenge 2019 (1st March)

Applications are open until January 1st.

The time of year has come again for LWOB to hold its annual Rule of Law Innovation Challenge at Kings College London!

This annual event is designed to provide students with opportunities to contribute and aid the development of innovative educational mechanisms in rule of law. This year, the challenge is to create learning mechanisms for LWOB’s programmes in Tanzania and Kenya. SOAS has dominated the competition the last two years so we want to come back stronger than ever!

We are promised at least one team so spots will be limited. Please send in a cover letter - no more than 200 words in PDF format - if you would like to participate in this years' SOAS ROLIC Team. Once the first team fills up we will request space for more, so applications will be taken on a rolling basis. Send in your applications quickly for a higher chance of participating in the competition.

Please clear your schedules for 1st March!

The final submission for this challenge should encompass one of the following categories:

  1. Combatting Violent Extremism Among Youth

  2. Combating Wildlife Crime

  3. Gender-based violence & Domestic Violence

  4. Evidence Processing

Find the event description attached below. We look forward to hearing from you all!
